We met Sunny through our good friend Bella, founder of So...Soap. Bella kindly invited us for lunch at ACO and that's where we met Sunny. How could we forget that Creme Brulee?

Sunny is part of SLOW EXPERIENCE, an organisation of people who do Sustainable Lifestyle and Organic Work. He's a farmer , chef and looks after the SLOW rooftop farm on top of ACO in Wanchai. We've been very lucky to see it grow from the beginning.

Michael installed a beehive on ACO's rooftop farm (see background) and has been teaching Sunny how to be a beekeeper. He's a quick learner and we're sure he'll be able to harvest honey byhimself this year.

Sunny's been a great help in helping us get soil from the lovely Mapopo Community Farm to our rooftop farm in Ngau Tau Kok.
